MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
DIGITAL IMAGES: Client will receive 5-10 digital images (all final images with Santa)
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).
WEATHER: 2020 Santa Sessions will be held outdoors under a tent rain or shine.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Client will text JLP when they arrive and remain in their car until one of Santa's elves meet them at their car with further instruction.Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions. If you are late, your session likely will be cut short.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Jennifer Leatherwood Photography. JLP reserves the right to use images created under this agreement for online portfolio use, print, or advertising.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc. etc.)
